It wouldn't, because the city which in Albanian is Ferizaj is called Uroševac in English. But if you can trust that publisher then you can have all Kosovan settlements names moved. The author of your source may be Serb but it doesn't make up for the fact that he is one of that state's detractors and an apologost for its opposition, the opening lines clarify that. Population

100% of the local population calls it Zhur. Population is Albanian. Insisting on using Serbian names is getting ridiculous. --Arianit (talk) 07:54, 13 March 2013 (UTC)

What has Serbian got to do with this? How you say it in Albanian or Serbian is exactly the same, it is how it is written that counts and English is what matters. I have a British map of Yugoslavia published circa 1970 which I can upload and it is written Žur. Evlekis (Евлекис) (argue) 18:52, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
