Splashing and throwing colors, when? edit
The page says both
- 1: On the fourth and fifth days, people pour or splash water on one another.
and
- 2: The next [=second] day is the starting of splashing of water and colors to one another up to the last day.
It starts on either the second day or the fourth day, or maybe it varies from place to place; I don't know. I've arbitrarily chosen to delete version #2. Someone with knowledge will have to edit this.
