Still operational?

Is this Federation still in operation? I just looked at its website and it still shows 2015 events as if they are yet to have occurred. If it is still operational, apparently it's not very professionally run. 2600:1004:B158:1997:C433:4B60:E40B:5451 (talk) 00:01, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
