The Stately Homes

Can we have chapter and verse for listing "The Stately Homes of England" in Words and Music (as opposed to the later Set to Music)? To the best of my knowledge NC wrote it in 1937 for Operette (prod. 1938). Tim riley (talk) 08:12, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

If this is the case, we should clarify, in the Set to Music article, which numbers were heard there that were not in Words and Music. -- Ssilvers (talk) 14:10, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

I think we can do that (only three are listed in the Coward Lyrics volume, though there may be others like The Stately Homes that he imported to Set to Music from other shows) but what we can't easily do is say which songs from Words and Music were dropped in Set to Music - though we know Mad Dogs and Englishmen was (why?) Run length
