I mean, could be. And it might make sense, considering the BMO sponsorship. But all the external links seem to be BC links. Can anybody confirm or negate the quote? They actually have academies in multiple provinces. I believe it started (the non-BC locations) in Ontario with one in London, Ontario (called Whitecaps London), but has expanded to basically locations in almost every province.
