It is most confusing that Wikipedia does not have any reference to Ogwell and East Ogwell other than a redirect to West Ogwell. Accoring to A Vision of Britain through Time, East Ogwell and West Ogwell merged to form the civil parish of Ogwell in 1894.
Despite its 124 years in existence no information has been provided about Ogwell, even its 21st century population.
Admittedly, the article on West Ogwell is long, but did really nothing happen in East Ogwell?
I hope that someone with more knowledge of Devon than I have can improve on this omission.
