Prison industry investment
The section "Prison industry investment" is listed in the section "controversies". The text does not give any hint why it is a controversy. If it is not a controversy then this text is a minuscule episode in WF doings, and it is WP:UNDUE. Staszek Lem (talk) 20:32, 22 September 2016 (UTC)

- Sorry, I was not expressing myself clearly: the section text does does not define the episode as a controversy. Please indicate which sources describe it as a controversy, dispute, etc., and explain the essence of it. While for an American the issue may be self-evident, it is not so for the readers from rest of the world.

And I would like to notice that your last ref may be instrumental in expanding the article Prison–industrial complex, e.g., with the section "Lobbying". Confusion: Two different "American Trust" companies
In the "Key dates" section, this article mentions the 1960 merger with "American Trust Company." However, this article has provided a link to the "American Trust Company" that was a predecessor of North Carolina National Bank, which after two name changes etc. became Bank of America. That isn't right. There was indeed a merger with an American Trust Company in 1960, but according to History of Wells Fargo, that American Trust Company was California-based. The only reasonable interpretation is that there were two (or more) different American Trust Companies involved in major banks. I have removed the link. Oaklandguy (talk) 03:17, 25 December 2016 (UTC)
