Text has been copied from the club website (give-away was the mis-spelling of "San Siro"). I might have a go at re-editing it later but I don't have time at the moment..... ChrisTheDude 07:09, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Date of formation

edit

Surely it was founded in 2004 hence the name?

Correct, I've updated the reference where it read 2005. On a related note I've altered the year found in the panel from 1867 to 2004. Though there are some references to the original club being the sixth oldest the official UCL handbook for season 2007/08 clearly states that 'Wellingborough Town 2004' was founded in 2004. As the article is primarily for the current website the details in the infobox should reflect the current club rather than the original one which folded. Brollachan 17:03, 6 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
In that case shouldn't all the details of the old club's history be removed from this article? Maybe a separate page on Wellingborough Town should be started....? ChrisTheDude 08:33, 7 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
It's probably best to keep the articles together as the two clubs are connected. The old/original club information acts as a background to the current club's existence. With the sections being clearly separated via headers I don't think there is any confusion. Also I suspect splitting the articles would result in two stub articles, with quite a bit of overlapping/repeating of content. Brollachan 12:03, 27 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:WellingboroughTown.jpg

edit

Image:WellingboroughTown.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
