Template:Megalith

edit

I've created a new template for megalithic sites, Template:Megalith, as used on Pikestones and Round Loaf. Some instructions on the template talk page, to show how to use it. Cheers! --PopUpPirate 13:29, 23 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Silver coin

edit

I have edited the sentence which talked of leaving the 'smallest silver coin (a groat)'. This was evidently wrong as a groat was worth 4d and there were many smaller denomination silver coins (pennies, ha'pennies and farthings) at various times in history. My correction simply mentions 'a small silver coin', without being more specific. 86.166.19.106 (talk) 18:53, 10 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Merger proposal

edit

I saw a merger proposal tag on the main article. Whoever proposed it does not seem to be confident enough of the proposal to give any reason why it should take place. Nevertheless, here's my vote:

This appears to be consensus (well, all participants are in agreement). I'll remove the 'proposed merger' tag. Daicaregos (talk) 16:18, 30 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

When and why?

edit

When and why was its name changed from its earliest name Wayland Smith to Wayland's Smithy? 121.210.33.50 (talk) 22:52, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
