clarification needed edit

I'm researching this subject for OpenHistoricalMap. The wikipedia article references maplewood historical park, and provides a photograph of the Weigh Lock and the foundation of the Weigh Lock Building located in the park. The photo (which is in wikimedia commons) has a note attached that it is *not* the side cut lock. The National Registry Document does not seem to be available online at this time. I would very much like to reconcile all of this conflicting information. I will probably drop by the Watervliet Historical Society in the near future to see if they can tell me anything.
