Clean up needed
editThis page is in need of clean up, sourcing, and updating. I will work on this, but assistance is appreciated.--E8 (talk) 23:18, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
Research for article improvement
editPotential references for later use

Spammish references, but with good info
editDMOZ linking needed
editUnfortunately, most of the good information on waste oil comes from private companies, and as such, it cannot be used as references. If there are any DMOZ editors that could establish "waste oil heater/boiler" and "waste oil collection" categories in DMOZ, this page could be linked to those.--E8 (talk) 23:24, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
geo-oops
edit> For on-site burning of used oil, the oil must be stored in tanks or containers, above or underground. The containers must be in good condition with no leaks, the tanks/containers must be labeled with the words “used oil”, and there must be a spill prevention plan (or a control and countermeasures plan).
It certainly isnt true in some countries, yet doesnt mention which countries that applies to. 82.31.66.207 (talk) 22:56, 29 April 2014 (UTC)
