Hi, I'll be reviewing this article.--NØ 08:23, 21 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

  • "(sometimes styled "Washington My Home")" -- The more commonly used form would be "stylized"
  • The sentence after the first paragraph should be merged into it.

Predecessor

edit
  • " It was debuted by the University of Washington Glee Club on Friday, December 13, 1907" -- It being Friday seems like an irrelevant detail and not worth being mentioned.
  • "'Washington Beloved' was declared the Washington state anthem on March 11, 1909" -- Add comma after "1909", and it may be helpful to link "state anthem" to National anthem
  • "Concurrent resolutions in joint session being only ceremonial expressions of the will of the legislature" -- The word "being" should be replaced by "were" as it makes more grammatical sense.
  • The word "however" is overused in this section, it could be removed from some of the sentences.

Composition and adoption

edit
  • "In 1959 "Washington, My Home" was declared the state song" -- Comma needed after "1959"
  • "Other persons present as witnesses included" -- "Other people present as witnesses included"

1985 proposal

edit
  • No issues.

2011 proposal

edit
  • "In 2011 papers were filed" -- Missing comma after "2011"
  • Sir Mix-a-Lot's name should be written like that, not as "Sir Mixalot"

Reception

edit
  • Add alt text to the image.
edit
  • No issues.

Outcome

edit

Once all of the concerns are addressed, I will promote the article.-NØ 08:23, 21 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
