Recognition edit
The RYA doesn't recognise classes as one designs as the page claims. The existence of a PY number merely indicates that enough handicap races have been recorded in the RYA system to issue a number. The RYA does allow class associations to affiliate, but that's not any recognition of the boat : the West Yorkshire paper boat burning society could affiliate with the RYA if it wanted. 212.159.44.170 (talk) 20:28, 30 October 2017 (UTC)
