Removal of WP India tag

I have removed the tag WP India as this is celebrated in Thailand and nowhere in this article it has been mentioned about India except the name visaka puja. Here in 'Category:festivals of India' there is nowhere mentioned about this festival,Hence it has been removed. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks -- Madhuric (talk) 08:22, 13 April 2012 (UTC)

Merger
