Vespula orientalis

Is Vespula orientalis Linneaus 1771 in this list now renamed/regenused Vespa orientalis Linneaus 1771? Or is that just a really funny coincidence. Invasive Spices (talk) 21:35, 22 January 2021 (UTC)

Appears to be an error. I've found no reliable reference online to Vespula orientalis (other than those deriving from Wikipedia), and it certainly isn't an accepted species, so I've removed it from the list. Gpcfox (talk) 20:06, 10 October 2023 (UTC)
