Valereee, thanks for following up on this. The reception section as written is basically just a list of impressions by various publications–it would probably be better to just have a few paragraphs summarizing comments per WP:PROSE. Also, while not exactly a copyediting issue, it's a bit odd that there's basically no mention or description of the restaurant's food beyond that it's vegan and that it's good (although I'll concede that most articles have about this level of information). On a related note, I have similar concerns about other fine dining restaurant articles that you created recently, but will avoid tagging those as it would be essentially redundant (at least until this discussion is resolved). signed, Rosguill talk 18:54, 3 April 2019 (UTC)
Rosguill, with a restaurant I generally want to make sure no one's going to object to notability first, and those kinds of things are often found mostly in local sourcing -- in this case, reviews in the LA Times, etc. -- which tends to dilute the 'is it even notable' question because too many of those sources vs. ones asserting notability (which of course need to be not local) just look to a lot of folks like a refbomb. Thanks for the quick response, I mostly wanted to clarify whether it was tone you were objecting to, as all of these sources pretty much by definition are not providing criticism. Er, and I hoped it wasn't grammar or spelling, lol. I've got multiple local reviews and mentions that can totally fill in the actual food part, just wanted to make sure article survived its initial scrutinies, and thanks for the review! Hello there, can you tell me what is exactly that bad that the edit need to be reverted?
I added bullet list so it helps the layout, and I stylized the page with Flagicon.
If you don't get bothered, may you tell me what I did wrong?

Editoneer, not bothered at all! This is exactly what a talk page is for -- to work out disagreements among editors.
In general Wikipedia considers prose to be better than bulleted lists because it's seen as more readable. There's info on this at MOS:LISTNUMBERED --valereee (talk) 14:26, 6 April 2019 (UTC)
Here's also some information about appropriate usage of flag icons: MOS:FLAG. In general we don't put them into infoboxes unless there's a strong connection to a country.
In addition, your edits introduced multiple typographical errors and paraphrased what had been direct quotes into nongrammatical prose, and it was just easier to revert, then talk about what changes you'd like to make. --valereee (talk) 14:34, 6 April 2019 (UTC)

Editoneer, there are two ways to work when you're a very new editor. The first is to discuss any changes you'd like to make here on the talk page first, one at a time, each in its own section. Then other editors discuss with you.
The second is to make one change at a time by directly editing the article. Then after each change, wait and give another editor a chance to look at it and assess whether they think it's a helpful edit. In general at first it's good to make one small change, then wait a day, then another small change. That reduces the risk of having an entire work session reverted because of multiple issues being introduced. I know that must feel frustrating, and that you put some time into the changes you made, and I don't want that to happen again.
While you're waiting for discussion/assessment on one change you've suggested or made, look for another article that you might like to work on and do the same there. But avoid making large changes to any article, as when you're very new and haven't had a chance to learn about editing yet, some experienced editors will find that disruptive. When you're replying to someone, you can place one additional colon before your reply than are in front of the reply you're responding to. That will help other editors figure out which earlier comment you're responding to. --valereee (talk) 14:57, 6 April 2019 (UTC)

Editoneer, great that you've had some experience with editing a wiki! I don't know what Fandom's editing guidelines and policies are like, but WP has A TON of both. I've been editing for closing on 14 years, and I'm still coming across information that is new to me. Please when you're writing a response on a talk page, indent one colon more than the person you're replying to so that others can easily follow the conversation.
