Replacement building edit
This page states "With Drapeau's support, it was bulldozed in the middle of the night by developer David Azrieli, who replaced it with a concrete tower block." and later calls it a "sixteen storey concrete tower". The article also states, "The Sofitel Hotel today stands at the spot once occupied by the Van Horne mansion.[1]" I followed the citation, which states, "Despite organized opposition, it was torn down by latter-day owner David Azrieli, who had the audacity to put a vanity plaque on the hideous skyscraper that replaced it. (It was Liquid Air; now it's Sofitel)." The page for David Azrieli states, "The Sofitel Montreal now stands on the property which is the building Azrieli built." The nearby citation on that page is a dead link. I think this history could use some cleanup and better citations. What was Liquid Air? And the description of the replacement building is inaccurate.
