It is very important to point out that the large majority of uterine perforations are sub-clinical events, and safely heal up by themselves without treatment, and cause no long-term damage. If the article fails to point this out, then it is alarmist and hysterical and could cause readers inappropriate fear and distress! I have provided FIVE references.
