Currently several sections of the article read as if they are promotional materials for the Library: emphasising successes, engagement, innovation etc. Should be edited to take a more objective viewpoint and only provide this information when it is substantiated and relevant. I'm flagging these changes for other contributors as I've been helpfully reminded that I have a conflict of interest here, so I'll avoid making substantive edits from now.
