Fair use rationale for File:UMfalcon.jpg

File:UMfalcon.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Coordinate error

The coordinates need the following fixes:

• The map coordinates in the article (32° 21′ 58.21″ N, 86° 17′ 44.64″ W

32.36617, -86.295733) appear to be those of Alabama State University in Montgomery rather than University of Montevallo. The correct coordinates are closer to 33.10378, -86.86497. See Terraserver photo for verification. I'd fix it myself but I've never done map coordinate editing. Trilobitealive (talk) 04:15, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

NPOV - plagiarized breathless rah rah press release

In the The James Wylie Shepherd Observatory section, the writing seems to have been lifted from a press release. Let me see if I can find the original. Hang on a moment... yes, I thought so:

Darn, let's see who mistakenly added this plagiarized stuff. Just wait a bit... okay unregistered IP which geolocates to a cable ISP within 5 miles of Montevallo University.

Therefore removing copied material.
