United We Ride is a USA federal program initiated in 2004 via Presidential Executive Order. It has increased importance in light of SAFETEA-LU legislation passed in 2005 requiring coordinated planning for certain fedearl funds.Geogplanner 14:09, 23 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
