This woman should be charged with muder because she caused a poor girl to comit sucicde just because her daughter wasn't friends with with the girl anymore. Two small problems

1) The section, Guilty verdict set aside, does not make clear that this was a direct appeal to the judge who presided over the criminal trial, not to a higher court.

2) Even though the criminal charges were dismissed/overridden, there were obvious grounds for a civil suit against Ms. Drew. We ought to note if such a case was brought, and its disposition if so. --96.233.88.141 (talk) 14:36, 9 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
