I removed the prod. This is definitely notable in the field of mathematics education. The NSA sponsorship alone would make it notable, but this is one of the few national initiatives to deal with talented high-school math students in an intelligent fashion.--OinkOink 17:53, 2 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Who the heck prodded this? If they think they are able to tell what's notable in the math arena, they're confused.
