Original Cease-fire Treaty DateEdit

http://www.un.org/depts/dpko/missions/unomig/background.html states "The conflict [...] escalated into a series of armed confrontations in the summer of 1992 [...]" and "[the] ceasefire agreement was reached on 3 September 1992 in Moscow by the Republic of Georgia, the leadership of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation [...]" yet the article starts out stating there was a cease-fire treaty on July 27th. Should we change it so that it matches the information provided on the UN website?
