The long and the short: The only thing this article could possibley be for is to duplicate material that should be on Ultimate Captain America. That includes:
- A publication history the character article sorely needs.
- A plot summary that should be short.
And yes, that "short" applies to the bloat that is already on Ultimate Captain America being clipped down and actual creirical comentary on the character being added in.
Let's start work there berfore creating a content fork here... or Ultimate Captain America (comic book) which reflects the series actual title.

- There is no "content fork". You just added the infobox from this article to Ultimate Captain America, and now you're saying that this page is creating a problem? Why make that article even messier by shoehorning in an entire series on top of all the storylines mentioned in that article? How is adding more content to a bloated article going to improve anything? The article you're suggesting creating a redirect to is about a different subject. Ultimate Captain America is about the character, and Ultimate Comics: Captain America is about the current series. And the series is solicited under the "Ultimate Comics" banner, just like the rest of the Ultimate Comics series, even if the indicia say "Ultimate Captain America". Even the page containing the indicia lists it as Ultimate Comics: Captain America. All of this seems unnecessary, especially creating a third article with a more confusing title, as you're suggesting. Friginator (talk) 01:25, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
- Actually, if the plot winds up here - very, very likely - it is a content for since the plot has alreay popped up on the existing article.
- The same holds with the real world material - the stuff the is required to justify the character article. Right now trhe exsisting article is in the same league as the fictional histories that have been AfDed. Including critical comentary on Marvel's development of the character's solo mini and the critical reception - if it exsists - would go a long way in justifying that article. Again, content forking.
