this may be a language difference, but in the UK a place with such a small population would usually be a village. Is Turkey really a city? raining girl 23:46, 17 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
In Texas, most incorporated places are officially cities even though they can be quite small. There are a few "villages" in Texas but are not actually small. Indyjrg1762 (talk) 04:42, 13 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
