http://www.ifalpa.org/downloads/Level1/Briefing%20Leaflets/Legal%20Issues/11LEG01%20-%20Legal%20Directory.pdf says that this agency isn't the accident investigation authority. - Instead it says the Transport Ministry and the Direction General de l'Aviation de Tunisie are the investigation authorities... Stuff comes from the Finnish Accident Investigation Board of Finland, but it also mentions the Tunisian authorities
