The request to rename this article to Andrena erythronii has been carried out. |
Trout Lily Miner Bee → Andrena erythronii – Wikipedia doesn't follow any particular references as far as any organization's set of standardized common names for insects. Andrena erythronii is by far the most common name used to refer to this species, also known as the trout lily andrena, trout-lily andrena, trout-lily mining bee, and trout lily bee. — Hyperik ⌜talk⌟ 15:13, 2 May 2020 (UTC)
- Comment: Certainly if the current name is kept, it needs to be changed to Trout lily miner bee or Trout-lily miner bee. — the Man in Question (in question) 22:13, 2 May 2020 (UTC)
- Move to Andrena erythronii as the mose unambiguous and commonly used name.--Kevmin § 13:30, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
- Support: Definitely not the capitalized form per MOS:LIFE, and if Andrena erythronii is more common, that makes the most sense as an article title. I've often made such changes unilaterally and have had few objections. SchreiberBike | ⌨ 20:03, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
- Done I agree with SchreiberBike; this can just be moved, since there's no justification for the capitalized form, which is against MOS:LIFE. So I've moved it. There could be a discussion about moving to "Trout lily miner bee", but I doubt this makes sense. Peter coxhead (talk) 06:37, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
- Ok, there are quite a few remaining similar moves to be done. —Hyperik ⌜talk⌟ 12:56, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
