To be honest, there's not a lot of valuable info here that isn't already in the 2001 Atlantic hurricane season article. The met. history largely comprises of trivial prediction stuff, and, barring impact on land or other claims to notability, I think we should generally avoid having articles on depressions. Caused no fatalities and damages as stated by the article. (I know this is a precursor disturbance to Hurricane Juliette (2001), but with the merging of a certain tropical depression that led to Hurricane Katrina, it doesn't matter) This article was requested to be merged eleven years earlier for lack of valuable information at the time, but since then time flies and we have seen non-impactful TDs being merged.
