Good job on adding more information to show a more comprehensive overview of TQMS. To improve this article, check the grammar more carefully, in particular, the instrumentation section. There are small grammatical mistakes throughout the whole article, so make sure to add/remove commas and typos, use the right verb to properly communicate the concept, etc. Another suggestion is to rewrite the section on scan modes to make it easier to understand. The paragraph is maybe too long, so think about dividing it into several paragraphs or converting it to an outline.
