http://www.wiley.com/bw/journal.asp?ref=0020-7578 ISI Journal Citation Reports® Ranking: 2007: 3/13 (Psychology, Psychoanalysis) Impact Factor: 1.019 The International Journal of Psychoanalysis is a fully peer reviewed journal published six times a year (February, April, June, August, October and December) since its merger with The International Review of Psycho-Analysis in 1994. It is the only psychoanalytic journal regularly publishing extensive contributions by authors throughout the world - facilitated by a system of international editorial boards and the policy of allowing submission and review in all main European languages, followed by translation of accepted papers at the Journal's expense.
We publish contributions on Methodology, Psychoanalytic Theory & Technique, The History of Psychoanalysis, Clinical Contributions, Research and Life-Cycle Development, Education & Professional Issues, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and Interdisciplinary Studies. The Journal also publishes the main papers and panel reports from the International Psychoanalytical Association's Congresses, book reviews, obituaries, and correspondence.ResearchEditor (talk) 00:12, 2 April 2009 (UTC)

- Strange that the intro to this book, published by Routledge, includes a review from Ralph Underwager. It has been deleted.
- Underwager's view on the scientific credibility of any work is irrelevant. His own written work and public statements were subject of a government-funded study by Salter in 1988, who concluded that Underwager was "a hired gun who makes a living by deceiving judges about the state of medical knowledge and thus assisting child molesters to evade punishment." --Biaothanatoi (talk) 01:04, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

- Well it's a good thing that Salter is 100% dedicated to the pursuit of truth and is in no way biased herself, and didn't publish her statements in an unreviewed journal dedicated solely to discrediting people who questioned the reality of recovered memories.
