Hi I have a parasite under my skin it is worms on my legs the worms are y shaped looking small purple and kinda red and skinny on my chest neck and my face they are in shape of worms and my arms look like my legs I have a dog that had been a c-section at the vet and she has mites she was at the vet a week ago could the worms have came from her? I also had Chinese food a month ago my fiance is always fatigue constipation nausea loss of appetite and he is always hungry but he is so skinny he looks like bones could he have gave them to me also he grinds his teeth when he's sleeping plus he is not able to has sex anymore what do you think I need medicine wise to get rid of them really fast please help me with this situation. hey. this piece is really a stub, and it's pretty crufty at that.

to start with I think we need to sort out, right at the top, the difference between intentional and unintentional torts, i.e., fraud versus negligence.

also a fairly novel but meaningful intentional tort that has arisen in recent years is a "battery" cause of action - harmful or potentially offensive touching.

we need to have a section on the difficulty with making toxic tort clams, in particular how difficult the burden of proof is, when a defendant can make a counter-claim that the whole environment is already contaminated, so their stuff wasn't so bad after all.

and we need some examples of famous toxic torts cases, such as Love Canal, several of the asbestos cases, agent orange and one or two of the big pcb cases. these can be summarized easily.

I will log in for my next use of this page but my email is dreams@planetwaves.net if anyone is interested collaborating developing this article. it deserves some love. the topic is immensely important.
