Number of first stage engines

Request for help formatting the sources properly
editI edited the article to add the proper designation for the first and second stage engine, after reviewing the references. Im new so I dont know how to add things to the reflist, so i just tacked it on the bottom. editInstead of having "Successful" replaced with {{{{Success}}}} so it will turn green. Also did if there was a failure or a partial failure.
