Thue number versus Thue index

I propose to expand this article with sections on both Thue number (nonrepetitive chromatic index) and nonrepetitive chromatic number. That is, I think the article should discuss both the edge colouring and vertex colouring versions. By now, there's considerably more known about vertex colouring.
