There's no such thing as "my article" on Wikipedia. 142.162.78.180 (talk) 16:08, 23 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
Unless You're Borg. ;) 86.61.232.26 (talk) 06:09, 3 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
Nah, the Borg would assimilate Wikipedia which would then make it "our" article all over again, only with really cool semi-mechanical attachments that could shoot laser beams at unwieldy editors. Huzzah!! :) Kikodawgzzz (talk) 12:47, 10 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

abolishing slavery?

edit

I think slavery is there because it is a mean to get easy life or almost free services.

Yes, tools will help it. And yes tools may reduce it to somewhat acceptable level - factories .

But isn't it about liberation of slaves / serfdom rather than arbitrary person / human? North american indians ( mostly ) had no slaves and had liberal society.

You can then liberate only society which wasn't liberal in a first place. Does the means have to be concrete tools like hammer or factories and such ? Can those means be religion / philosophy , suffering from hunger ... ?

I'd like to be sure whether I understand it or not. 86.61.232.26 (talk) 06:07, 3 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Sorry -- I totally don't understand your question's relevance. How does anything you asked relate to trying to improve this article? Please be clearer, and maybe we can work with it. Kikodawgzzz (talk) 12:47, 10 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
