Manufacturer and other specifications edit

JlACEer, over time, the manufacturer keeps getting changed back and forth between Dinn Corporation and Philadelphia Toboggan Company. Obviously, PTC was the original manufacturer, but the question is whether or not the current version of the ride should have Dinn listed. Also, the article lacks sourcing about the changes John C. Allen made after the 1963 fire. And there's no sourcing, aside from a simple name drop by RCDB, about what Dinn Corporation did during the 1986 rebuild. Anything you might have in your stash of sources would be great to add to this article. Thanks! --GoneIn60 (talk) 01:30, 7 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Added one, corrected one — will see what else I can find. I'll continue to look for sources about the park acquiring trains from St. Louis, and the John Allen rebuild. Dinn moved multiple coasters including Phoenix (roller coaster) and Skyliner (roller coaster) yet the original designer/builder remains on those pages. I don't understand why some editors insist on changing this one.JlACEer (talk) 21:31, 7 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
Knew you were the right person for the task! As for the manufacturer, I suspect the confusion is coming from RCDB which lists both companies separately under "Built by" and "Builder". I'm thinking the original should be listed unless another one comes along and significantly modifies the ride. Restoring it, for example, wouldn't change that parameter. Just my 2¢. --GoneIn60 (talk) 22:17, 7 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
