No, because they're not dinosaurs. Consensus among art historians is that they are supposed to be depictions of camels. Breugel never travelled any further than Italy during his lifetime - it's very unlikely that he ever saw a camel in real life (and even less likely that he saw any dinosaurs). Most likely he just heard from people who had travelled to the Middle East that they were "animals with long necks and a humped back" and painted what he imagined that they looked like from that description. Considering that this painting contains other incongruous elements, like the modern battle armour and landscapes that resemble Europe rather than Turkey, I think we can safely say that Breugel used his imagination a lot when creating this work, including what he thought camels looked like.
