2007 comment edit

I have merged in the article regarding Michael's commentator career. Ursasapien (talk) 06:11, 26 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Quotations, nicknames, common phrases edit

WP:V says that:

  • ...all quotations, must be attributed to a reliable, published source.

Furthermore, there is a sister project for quotations, Wikiquote. It's inappropriate to have more than a few miscellaneous quotations, even if sourced. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 00:42, 6 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Sources and notability edit

This article has only a couple of sources. If we cut it down to the cited material we'll have a couple of sentences. Meanwhile, issues related to the show are covered in Michael Savage (commentator), and aren't mentioned here, such as a "The Savage Nation Party" and autism. Since there is so little we can verifiable say about this show, and since so much that relates to the show is covered in the bio, it appears better to merge the cited material to that article. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 00:24, 11 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Nonsense in the section on "Format" edit

Someone take out the lines about Savage pulling down his guests' pants and drop kicking them. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.229.210.215 (talk) 10:11, 10 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Bad link edit

The link in reference #9 does not access the document it purports to link to. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.92.174.105 (talk) 21:15, 9 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Not "conservative" edit

Although I'm not a big fan of the show, I've been listening to bits of it over many years, enough to form a recognizable mosaic of Michael Savage's personal and political views. He promotes a number of conservative ideas, but also some that can only be characterized as "progressive" and "statist", something that a true conservative would never do. He most certainly is a self-promoter, which probably goes with the territory of achieving a measure of success in broadcasting. I suggest removing the descriptive "conservative" in the lead section and just call him a "commentator". Let readers make up their own minds where to place him on the political spectrum. — QuicksilverT @ 14:35, 8 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

De-Syndicated? edit

he's talking a lot about changes in the new year, but i can't quite grasp what's going on. at a minimum, it sounds like he's dropping from 3 hrs a day to 1 or 2, and adding a podcast to make up for the difference. also losing WABC outright, which he considers important for some reason. was this his flagship at some point? he is treating the loss as a way bigger deal than just "one less affiliate", even a large one. 198.147.225.21 (talk) 21:00, 30 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Feud with Hannity edit

There are two sides to a feud. This section ought to have a quote from Hannity about Savage. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:8807:2380:B3:F1C8:5737:79E0:DA03 (talk) 22:23, 29 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
