Regarding the matter of the next season's city of residence, how do you explain the two sources in the article that indicate that it's Atlanta?
I'm aware of the source for Portland. But then again, I was fooled last year by a couple of sources that seemed quite authoritative in their assertion that the 27th season would be in Portland rather than St. Thomas, and even created an article for Portland until the falsity of that assertion was pointed out. The two sources for Atlanta at least appear to be legitimate news sources, whereas the one source for Portland this time is the website of someone named Byron Beck that I've never heard of.
