The Orwells are a rock band from Chicago, Illinois that have a lot of positive feedback. Despite being so young, they have been positively reviewed by NME, Aquarium Drunkard, Pitchfork, and even MTV. They have played at the major music festival South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas and are scheduled to play again this year.

One of their singles has charted?

edit

The {{Notability}} template was removed from the article by an editor stating that they charted a single, but that's not mentioned in the prose of the article. Does anybody have details on that? —C.Fred (talk) 16:33, 23 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Certainly the "Stage Performance" section needs to be culled of excessive drooling fandom. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:32E4:50A0:B8F0:40BA:97BC:D73A (talk) 00:28, 29 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, can we get most of the article deleted? "This didn't fly with the notoriously rambunctious rockers..." Yeesh. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.102.76.234 (talk) 20:49, 29 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
