I really hate to remove this section, because at this point my reasons for doing so are little more than WP:IDONTLIKEIT. Still, I'm struggling to understand the relevancy of this section to... well, anything really, but the subject of the article in particular. Malls sue tenants for violating leases and failing to pay rent all the time. I don't see how this is noteworthy. -- JeffBillman (talk) 15:26, 24 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
