Name?
editIt's not all that normal that organizational articles have "the" in the title; that's usually for books, films etc. I note taht this org's chosen acronym is TLC which I guess has something to do with it; its formal legal title under the Societies Act would seem to be the arbiter; I'm just noting this for discussion for now....Skookum1 (talk) 01:36, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
