Merger proposal

I propose that Bitter Harvest be merged to The Great Betrayal. I recently purchased Bitter Harvest, and based on the copyright dates listed in the book and the chapters in the table of contents, it appears to be an updated version of The Great Betrayal, not a distinct work.
