Image copyright problem with File:FF 49 panel.jpg edit

The image File:FF 49 panel.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. The entry is wrong. Stan Lee did not draw any part of the issues. edit

"Written, co-plotted and drawn by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby" is not accurate, as it explicitly gives Stan Lee credit for art, when he did none. At best Lee gets co-writer or co-plotter credit, though the evidence shows that Jack Kirby was writing the plots and even roughing in the dialogue for Stan Lee to revise.
