It wasn't the agent who 'ran' jericho that told the yanks that there was an informer. It was one of the scientists.

Also Terry Martin was not asked to take the photos to livermore- he did it off his own back. Assassination of Gerald Bull.

Vienna State Opera

In the sub-plot about the infiltration of the Viennese bank, the Mossad agent wins the bank's secretary over by taking her to the Vienna Opera (Chapter 12). It is stated that she is a great lover of classical music and opera bur she had never been to the opera because she could not afford it. That is nonsense. Even if we are to believe the bank was extremely filthy even with a Vice President's secretary, there are (and were at the time when the novel is set) tickets for standing room at a nominal fee that literally anyone can afford. And anyone willing to spend a few hours standing (first in line and then during the performance) can obtain them! (I find that significant because, if I find out in an area that I know well that I cannot trust the author, how can I trust him in an area that I don't know about?) Another subplot explains how intelligence agencies operate, especially the Mosssad. Mossad katsas use Sayanim, singular, Sayan, and Bodelim to assist their operations.
