What's in a name edit

Luckinbill famously starred in a "limerick"-based episode of Columbo, and this was the "framework" for "Delphi" episodes. (see tv.com) -- I have suggested "counter-espionage" as their true task, as it was set in Washington and the US, not overseas. I was a fan of this show; one of the other 2 rotating series was "Search", don't remember what the 3rd show was.
