Copies of last issue

For anyone who is curious, the Mohawk Cafe in German Village (Columbus) has a copy of the final issue of the paper hanging on the north wall.

Fitzy's Diner on Schrock near state route 161 & interstate 71 also used to have one, but have since removed it.

For former Columbus residents now in South Florida, I have a copy of the last two issues of the Columbus Citizen-Journal in my office in Vero Beach. I also have a copy of a 1949 50th anniv of the Columbus Citizen.MONTYMGMT 16:34, 11 March 2007 (UTC)

Ownership question

One of the paragraphs says that the Wolfe family owned the Citizen from the early 20th century. If that is true, then there is additional information about changes in ownership, or how the merger with the Journal went, or they would have been competing with themselves. The article says that The Ohio State Journal was owned by the Wolfes which is true. The Columbus Citizen was a Scripps paper. Don't know what other owners there may have been. Markhh (talk) 02:03, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
