It's silly that you think that this article "contain[s] an excessive amount of intricate detail." That's ridiculous. It's no different than a lot of other Articles. So, if you don't mind, I'm removing the silly notice. albabe - The Writer/Artist Formally Known as Al Gordon 02:09, 19 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

PROD edit

Besides the AllMusic review, I found coverage of the album at the following sites (I don't about their acceptability as reliable sources, however):

Not "The article is blatantly promotional" edit

This album Page is no different than any other album Page. The idea that"The article is blatantly promotional," is absurd.

It was pretty bad. The sentence that was there as written said: "This compilation produced and compiled by respected Grammy nominated producer Ron Furmanek gathers together more than 60 of Herman's Hermits' classic recordings, alongside demos, first time true stereo mixes and session ephemera making this a one-of-a-kind audio anthology", which came directly from the Bear Family Records website and is entirely promotional. It's not too hard to rewrite it a bit to lose the promotional tone. Whether it's received the "significant coverage" that it needs to pass general notability requirements is another story. No it wasn't. It was fine. And the quotes were in Quotes.

It doesn't matter. You may want to read WP:Notability. You quoted press release material and it need to show coverage from 3rd party reliable sources. As it was, it was very, very bad. "respected", "classic", "one-of-a-kind" are not neutral terms. I made it better for you. You should be happy. StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 18:18, 23 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
No thanx. Not into megalomaniacs with delusions of ability.
