Sentence Doesn't Make Sense and The Coresponding Source Needs To Be Checked

edit

"The development of recycled technology has allowed the textile industry to produce vast amounts of products that deplete natural resources.[1]" - This sentence doesn't make sense. I checked the source, I don't have access to the full paper and from the study preview I couldn't find where this sentence could have been taken from. Please someone check it or correct it. It's also weird that in the source two links are mentioned: firstly paper and after that a company website. Someone with more Wikipedia experience, please check this!

Topic ambiguity

edit

About a quarter of this article covers textile reuse rather than recycling. I think it would make sense to either split those bits into a dedicated article, maybe titled "Secondhand clothing industry" or something similar, or rename this page to Textile recycling and reuse. Any thoughts? Tserton (talk) 22:38, 5 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
