First - nice article

Second - I've added the songs you mention as important to the list of important songs (for consistency)

Third - You cannot have the complete lyrics of songs. As you can imagine wikipedia might get have some very long articles. There is a project called Wikisource that will take song lyrics, books, speeches etc.

Fourthly - I've added some formatting for the lyrics - not finished but it show what might be done

9.5 gallons?

So if beer is 4% alcohol then 9.5 gallons of alcohol is about 200 gallons of beer. I believe there are ten pints in a US gallon so that is 2,000 pints of beer. That is about 5 pints of beer per day every day for every baby, toddler, vicar, nun, little old lady and monk in America. So assuming they weren't drinking then someone was drinking a great deal. what is a temperance song

I had the impression a temperance song was a song in support of temperance, not just about temperance. I'll see you in C-U-B-A 1920 in particular does not seem to be in support of temperance, but rather celebrating the ability to avoid it. DGG ( talk ) 03:51, 13 July 2017 (UTC)
